z444 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the z444 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account features, promotional programmes, and any other services provided by z444 (hereinafter "the Platform," "z444," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between z444 and you, the registered user ("you," "the Player," or "the User").

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of z444 or its affiliated companies, software providers, or game suppliers.

1.2 Jurisdiction and Access

3.2 Withdrawals

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

These include but are not limited to: rules governing void bets, rules on match abandonment and postponement, live betting market settlement procedures, and rules governing the use of enhanced odds promotions. 5.2 System Errors & Malfunctions

The z444 Platform incorporates third-party game software, payment processing services, and other services provided by independent companies. z444 shall not be liable for any failures, errors, or losses attributable to the performance of third-party services beyond z444's reasonable control.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

z444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with z444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (all incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and z444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, agreements, or communications between you and z444 relating to the subject matter hereof.
